Commissioner Joseph Kong has served the Richmond/Zhoushan Friendship Commission for the past four years. As a seasoned professional in real estate, development, mortgage, property management, and cultural exchange, he has shared with us his wealth of knowledge, skills and resources for the betterment of our Richmond residents, children, youth, businesses, and community. His expertise in international education and cultural exchange has impacted our Cultural Exchange Program and the newly-developed International Communication and Leadership Program.and Leadership Program.
