Eduardo Martinez

Eduardo Martinez was first elected to the Richmond City Council in 2014 and re-elected in 2018 for a four year term. The people of Richmond have been his priority for over 25 years. He is a retired WCCUSD teacher where he taught in local elementary schools for 18 years. Since his time on the City Council, Councilmember Martinez has been involved with the Richmond-Zhoushan Friendship and helped to foster the program that includes an education exchange component.
