We believe our three mission pillars, 1) Education; 2) Economic Development; 3) Arts, Culture, & Tourism are interrelated and many non-profits, academics, & private companies have their social responsibilities and self-motivation to work together efficiently to empower young and mature citizens, so they can be effective with their strength to contribute back to the society with sustainability for the future generations.
The Inspirational Leadership Model (ILM) is to remind ourselves there is always room for improvement with the definition of “Model” according to Oxford Language “a three-dimensional representation of a person or thing or of a proposed structure, typically on a smaller scale than the original”, so we can develop synergy, collaboration, and empowerment among students and organizations. The original structure as an individual might be smaller, but it will be much bigger and stronger when we are connected to empower each other.
