Provide public access for our citizens with both physical and virtual environments to display Zhoushan's artifacts, studies of Mandarin language, cultural exchanges between Zhoushan City Arts and Culture Bureau and Richmond Arts and Culture Commission, musical performances including the arts of dancing, music troops including other arts & cultural organizations. Provide air-time on the City of Richmond television station, KCRT, and to promote information for Travel & Tourism for the City of Zhoushan.
